1. South Warwickshire's housing needs can be met without building on greenbelt land
2. SG06 is not a sustainable location (too far from services and train station)
3. This site meets all 5 requirements for green belt land
4. The farmland is high quality agricultural land and makes an important contribution to food sustainability and supply
5. The proposals were previously rejected in 2017
6. It contributes to a healthy, safe and inclusive environment in South Warwickshire and also to a biodiverse and resilient one.
