Transportation constraints alone should exclude this location. +6700 homes means ~10K new jobs (hopefully) with many commuting using the road network. Costly new capacity possible to Stratford but many will go north towards Birmingham where Henley is a choke point today (high school, Claverdon Road junction and town center). Rat runs in surrounding villages will be unsustainable/unsafe. Rail stations on a spur line with no through trains and low capacity - not useful. Detrimental impact to Mary Arden Farm and Shakespeare Trust is in direct conflict with Visitor Economy growth objective. Scraps 50 years of hard fought Green Belt achievements.
