I chose to live in Bearley surrounded by beautiful countryside where I can enjoy walks along many public footpaths seeing green fields wildlife and agriculture. The Green Belt should be protected not destroyed by urban sprawl, not everyone wants to live on large overcrowded housing estates.

The transport infrastructure will not cope with thousands more vehicles on already congested roads in and around Stratford-upon-Avon, ‘rat-runs’ through villages and grid lock in Stratford.

Our health care services already under strain will be pushed to the limit with increased demand.

Sustainable development respecting village communities and their environments not the scale proposed.
