I don't believe that Location B1 (Hatton) should be considered for inclusion within the plan, as the local single track roads, (particularly Dark Lane and Norton Curlieu Lane) are already overloaded and unsafe. It is simply not feasible that the new community would not use these roads. Also, the trains that run to Hatton are not regular enough to allow for commuting by rail and there is no footway on Station Road to access the station safely on foot. I also understand there's no mains gas to most of this site, making homes there unaffordable to run without kerosene tanks.
