I hope that readers will not just read this summary but take the time to read the whole of my representation.
Essentially:
Inadequate infrastructure which should ALWAYS be put in place BEFORE building.
No hospital (beds), over subscribed Schools, no 6th form. No Police, no Fire service, no ambulances.
Lack of parking
Major flood/sewer/draining issues already, and will get worse.
Destruction of small country town environment with massive traffic additions.
insufficient public transport.
No jobs for new population creating traffic for SOS and surrounding villages.
Lack of medical facilities.
Location wrong for up to 3000 homes
