Yes, good location as a new settlement with access to road and rail. Far better than C1, F1, G1 and SG23.

Far better to build a new settlement, services, employment and housing that can be planned appropriate around rail and road infrastructure that to force development on areas that would have significant impact and cost. You do not necessarily have to impose and impact too much on Bearley or Wilmcote if designed and developed properly.
