New housing needs more school places. This is not shown in the plan. The area between Sandy Lane, A452 and B4113 should be reserved for expanding North Leamington School. If this is built on then it implies a new school with it own overheads and so more expensive. Building more homes in north Leamington without infrastructure (new shops, schools, etc) will only add to the congestion on the Leam bridges as all the major shops are the other side of the river near Shires Shopping Park. Making a decision without the infrastructure being outlined is not joined up thinking.
