This possible development seems to be built on a plan for the owners of the Hatton land to cash-in on the need to develop more housing without any consideration of the surrounding communities. Indeed, the plans being considered will potentially swamp the local communities of long standing and fundamentally change these communities and the way of life developed (e.g. pensioners) within them without any due regard to their feelings and needs.
