Inappropriate development of the Green Belt surrounding Hatton Park would negatively impact the area, diminishing its character. As a resident for 20 years, I have valued the natural environment for both personal and family enjoyment, especially during lockdown. Local infrastructure cannot handle increased traffic, evidenced by existing jams on Birmingham Road and A46. Additionally, there are insufficient schools, doctors, and shops to support a population surge. Increased housing would introduce noise and pollution, compromising health and enjoyment of the countryside, while also leading to loss of privacy for residents.
