Crynodeb o'r Gynrychiolaeth:

The proposal for 6,800 new homes in Bearley would have significant impacts. It would destroy Green Belt land forever, harm biodiversity, and replace countryside with urban sprawl. Increased flooding risks, loss of trees and wildlife, and reduced green space would follow. Local roads would face more traffic, affecting all nearby villages and Stratford town. The development would also increase air and noise pollution, strain local services like GP surgeries, and overload infrastructure like water and sewer systems. Ultimately, it would damage farmland and our special countryside, with worsening effects & pressure on the community.
