Green belt land
Excess, traffic, noise, light pollution, Birmingham road is busy enough now . Absolutely no green
spaces will be left and I will have to drive to walk my dogs . Hatton station will not cope , all adding to CO2. The hospitals ,Drs school will cope with demand . The school is such a friendly well balanced school. I will be surrounded by the building work. Rural should mean rural.
