Roads through Henley/surrounding lanes are not able to cater for additional traffic created by this development , especially if the settlement Bearly to Wilmcote goes ahead as well, construction vehicles/thousands more cars passing through Henley may impact the structural integrity of grade 2 listed buildings , additionally flood and surface water washing into homes , concerns regarding noise/air pollution impacting houses along Henley high street. Tourists will be put off Henley and Stratford due to congestion and no longer attractive places to visit, many visiting Henley, Mary Ardens house and Stratford as a package, insentive will be reduced or gone.
