Not enough infrastructure, schools over subscribed, health services inadequate, GP surgery struggling, hospital has no wards, roads are inadequate for traffic increase, 2x ancient single track bridges, one way system struggling already. No train station and bus services inadequate. Major increasing flood risk. Tip would be lost. Beautiful unspoilt small town and villages of Honington and Barcheston (mentioned in the doomsday book) would be affected by traffic increase. Building could result in flooding of Shipston Rugby Club. Sewerage systems already over capacity. Low local employment opportunities, an attractive small town centre, part of the conservation zone, with struggling parking.
