A number of my neighbours have submitted a full comprehensive rationale for why we are firmly against the development of SG14. I purchased my property in December 2024 and the thought of living in the middle of an industrial park is truly horrible. The area has vast
environmental and historical features and there seems no rationale for building on green fields when brownfield sites could be used.
