Wellesbourne has already seen significant large scale development over recent years which has resulted in poor infrastructure & level of amenities to support such growth.
Urbanising villages in the area should be avoided, we do not want to be a concrete landscape
Public transport links are poor with rail connectivity non existent.
Traffic - road network sees heavy congestion daily & the market at weekends - often traffic backing up beyond the village boundary.
Environment - this is good arable land & home to much flora & fauna & would create significant & irreversible damage to the landscape.
