Objections:
1. Existing infrastructure ill-equipped to cope with influx of new residents. Traffic congestion will undermine sustainability. Pedestrian access to/from Lapworth station needed given much of the Old Warwick Road has no pavement.
2. Continuous development from Rowington to Lapworth undermines the Green Belt's purpose.
3. Losing small fields and hedgerow is contrary to Sustainability Assessment (SA) Objective 4, adversely affecting biodiversity and ecological balance.
4. Settlement would significantly adversely impact the historical environment within the SWLP area contravening SA Objective 5.
5. Ecological impact - Water quality of two watercourses potentially adversely impacted as identified in SA Objective 6.
