Currently congestion into Warwick from the west at rush hour. If the m40 is closed Warwick, the a 46 and the m40 island become gridlocked.
Hatton and the surrounding areas are greenbelt, preventing urban sprawl of Warwick co joined with the huge Hatton park development.
Train provision from Hatton to Birmingham and London is inadequate at peak commuter times.
Canal towpaths cope with recreational use but not for substantial increase in footfall/ cycles. Hatton station is small and suitable only for local trains to utilise. There are insufficient facilities in Warwick to sustain a huge increase in population.
