Shipston Schools & Doctors & Dentists are already over subscribed due to recent house building
Lack of local employment & public transport would require travel of 15/16 miles plus for work
The small narrow Shipston Bridge would be unable to cope with the extra traffic, it floods 2/3 times a year, this would increase
Recycling centre is very busy, dumping would increase if we lost it.
More green spaces are now required
Shipstons population has already increased due to the large number of Very Expensive New Homes built, lack of parking, extra congestion, flooding, local services & transport problems
