I strongly object to the new settlement at Hatton for the following reasons.
1. Rail Network not viable
2. Infrastructure not in place and never will be
3. Geographical location prohibits infrastructure to provide sustainable options
4. The information provided is flawed and has no basis for its recommendations.
5. We need a local survey to be completed to ensure that wildlife, historical, archaelogical matter is preserved
6. Schools, Hospitals, Dentists, other local health requirements not covered or not for some time
7. The lack of thought around mental health for living with this disruption for 25 years.
