This is a prominent greenbelt area and its development would destroy the integrity of Bearley and Wilmcote villages. The infrastructure here is wholly inadequate. There is an insufficiently wide buffer zone between the northern edge of Stratford and the new settlement. It would almost form a line of ribbon development.
