Site not suitable would increase congestion on A3400 into Stratford and surrounding villages.
Wilmcote and Bearley both contain conservation areas that would be irreparably harmed by urban sprawl. Loss of countryside, habitats and complete change of character.
Too close to Stratford to create a meaningful centre of its own.
Both stations too far to access hourly service without car.
Lead to urban sprawl and loss of green belt and high quality agricultural land.
Existing flooding issues would be exacerbated by development.
Local services: GP, hospital, dentist already stretched and can't cope with growth
