Again why should anyone build on green belt land, it has always has this status and was put in place for a reason, that being not to be built on.
The road infrastructure would not be good with the amount of traffic, already there is such an increase in traffic in this area. The roads are country roads and not made for such a high presence of traffic. With the schools within this area too there is more chance of there being accidents to school children etc. A strain on all facilities, schools, shops, parking, flooding, green countryside areas.
