I feel strongly that this proposed new settlement is too big, over significant green belt, does not have good enough access to infrastructure and sets a precedence for development in the open countryside that warwickshire is known for. That said some development to the Kenilworth side of the A4177 in Hatton would make sense where it joins the existing built up area.
