As I respond to these questions for places not far from my home, I'm thinking about transport. flood risk and green spaces. Yes, on the basis of the rail link. However, flood risk is a concern here and could pose unwanted challenges. I note that green spaces are fragmented over to the east. I think it would be far better to grow green space there, rather than houses.
