This area is highly unsuitable and exactly the opposite of where we should be looking for potential settlements. The area is prime greenbelt and is not near any A roads or Motorway junctions, other than one small trains station this makes no sustainable transport sense at all. I fear that loss of the green belt in such an area would be extremely detrimental to Warwickshire's vista and a real loss to those that enjoy that landscape for it's countryside rights of way and the benefits it provides to their mental and physical health.
