Specifically with regard to the proposed new settlement BW. The area and density of development outlined cannot possibly be justified. It would destroy the local character and historic built environment. Pedestrians and cyclists wont be prioratised, it will not be a 20-minute neighborhood, the majority of settlers will be required to flood the A3400 and any feeder roads to the other major road links within South Warwickshire, i.e. A46, M40 and A3400 in particular. Major employers are clearly close to the M40. The so called rail link will not help in anyway. In summary this is a very bad idea.
