This site is in very open countryside and Green Belt. Tanworth village is a discrete Conservation Area that attracts many weekend visitors . There is little existing infrastructure and that is already overstretched. This is a unique part of the West Midlands Green Belt under extreme pressure from agressively expanding Redditch, Birmingham and Solihull. The M42 and the railway line to Henley may be superficially attractive to planners, but they also represent threats to many of your stated Strategic Objectives 1, 3, 7, 8 and 9.
