Looking at the interactive map and following the flood and green space focus I applied elsewhere, I think flood risk means that SG17 is not acceptable under the terms of this plan. If I had to choose one site, it could be the Darlingscote Road area, but NOT with already inadequate services. The land near Hanson Ave is technically not flood prone, but runoff is ALREADY overwhelming the sewage system: sewage in the street, in gardens, in someone's washing machine. More housing further up the hill could render some of the existing houses unliveable. SG17 does not fit this plan.
