Development straddles busy A34 increasing likelihood of further fatalities. Traffic Island/lights needed will increase
pollution and journey times. This could deter day visitors to Straford.
SHAKESPEARE COUNTRY, heritage asset. Good farming land, areas of outstanding beauty, wild life, a leisure facility and also Green Belt.
Flooding already a problem. Gorse Fam no access from Church Lane, a single track, banked sides, no footpath, a leisure facility used daily by many villagers and hikers.
A large modern urban site here is not appropriate for the area or the site's future inhabitants.
