Crynodeb o'r Gynrychiolaeth:

The proposed development at Clopton Quarter poses significant concerns. It would cause an irreversible loss of Green Belt land, harming the scenic openness and historic character of Stratford, while encroaching on the Welcombe Hills nature reserve. The site is a Special Landscape Area, valued for its rural charm and biodiversity, with vital habitats for protected species. Development would disrupt wildlife corridors, increase air pollution, worsen traffic congestion, and exacerbate flood risks. Additionally, it would sever Clopton House’s historical connection to the landscape, erasing part of its heritage. Prioritising short-term housing over long-term conservation is unacceptable.
