(1) Increased pressure on our infrastructure, on our local hospitals, GP surgeries, schools, sewage systems and other utilities with the planned construction of 6700 homes.
(2) Disastrous risk of flooding from surface water ( one inch of rain per hour over 330ha would result in potential run off of 1.8 million gallons of water ).
(3) Thousands more vehicles clogging our village roads and even more traffic gridlocking Stratford upon Avon, Henley in Arden, the A3400 and the A46.
(4) Unnecessary development of Green Belt land will create an urban sprawl.
(5) We don't want another disaster like Long Marston
