6800 new homes would increase traffic drastically on the A3400 which children would have to cross twice a day to go to school. This is unnecessary development on Green belt land, farmland and countryside will be a sprawling urban development with the loss of protected trees, woodland, meadows and hedges. The recent planting of trees by Heart of England in Bearley to help combat climate change will be negated by this development increasing air and noise pollution. It will damage biodiversity- green spaces and wildlife habitats will be destroyed. There will be a 2000% increase in population, thousands more vehicles.
