I am vehemently opposed to this proposal for the following reasons:
Frequent flooding in the area leading to reluctance of insurance companies to provide cover
Hospitals already at.over capacity
Lack of doctors and dentists especially NHS dentists
Existing traffic overload on A3400 especially at A46 island and Featherbed Lane junction
Traffic congestion will result in village lanes being used as a rat run (it is already happening)
Threat to ecology and wild life including bats
Loss of valuable productive agricultural land
Inadequate sewage provision
