Flooding on the A3400 is already an issue and can only become worse if land is full of concrete, Extra volume of vehicles as Local public transport is very poor, erosion to bridge at railway station could become worse with extra traffic.
The use of green belt for urban sprawl is criminal, woodland, trees,wildlife, will all be lost we need to preserve our countryside and heritage for future generations
