I object for the following reasons:
The development sits in the GreenBelt, specifically designed to prevent urban sprawl and will significantly impact the openness of the GB & the settlement definition between Wilmcote, Bearley, Pathlow and Stratford, a key purpose of the GB.
The development plan indicates a ribbon development of the type the GB was designed to obviate.
The development will be dependent on the A3400 alone, severely impeding traffic between Stratford and Henley. Wootton, Henley and A46 connections will create bottlenecks.
Train users are more likely to use Stratford Parkway or Warwick adding to traffic volume.
