Transportation provisions are already insufficient in the area. Stratford upon Avon at peak times (weekday mornings, weekday lunchtimes, weekday evenings, weekends and school holidays) is already hard to access from the villages outside of Stratford town centre. Local businesses (especailly retail) already likely suffering.

Congestion is currently rife. Environmental pollutants therefore expected to be hightened with additional residents using inevitable car transportation.

Wildlife in Stratford's surrounding.villages is currently diverse (newts, owls, bats, deer) and can be expected to be endangered as the Greenbelt is lost.

Historic Shakespeare's Stratford, land between his birthplace and Mary Arden's House, would be lost. Sad
