This part of Leamington provides a soft approach to the town, offering a clear view to the town's beauty.

The location is a strong performing Green Belt area, seperating Leamington to Kenilworth.

The mass of housing that could be put here will destroy this part of Leamington, and will be totally out of keeping with the existing character, being low density, quality and aspiration housing.

I am not wholly against housing in this location, but it must be small scale and limited to bespoke developers; not machines of mass monotonous boxes.
