Building such a large proportion of housing will not only turn the village of Bearley into a built up town it will destroy the surrounding countryside. It will also have detrimental impacts on the surrounding villages, leading to increased traffic in areas already struggling. Many school children walk to school or bus stops in snitterfield and this would increase the risk to those as people use this as a cut through to the A46. Local amenities are already struggling with local nursery's having 2 year waiting lists. Village schools are already at capacity.
