6700 New home for Wilmcote and the area is totally unaceptable for the following resons. Prime agricultural green belt land sacrificed. increased vehicle and air pollution. increased congestion on A34 and A46. Wilmcote village already used as a 'rat run'. The area lies on dence clay floods repeatedly and would not cope with the incresed surface water. Local infrastructures i.e. schools, hospital, doctors and NHS dentists are currently insufficient. Railway network inferior current parking in Wilmcote station 5 cars! Sewage and storm water already under strain. Total distrution of a famous historical and quality environmental area.
