I do not feel that more building is needed in this area, specifically the proposal of turning Wedgnock Farm into a massive industrial estate (SG07). Traffic is already problematic in the areas around the Birmingham Road - the area becomes gridlocked when issues arise on the M40/A46 and Warwick and surrounding villages become a rat run for vehicles. Building on greenbelt should be avoided as there is plenty of other land available that is more suitable and closer to roads more able to cope with the extra traffic.
