Please have joined up planning-addressing the long term complete/whole picture.
Please dont keep saying we dont have the money for infrastructure or its a Highways/ County / Government problem - if that is the case we really should not be planning new " towns" equally I believe the money is there with appropiate agreements with developers.
Plan holistically - it can be done but if we cannot continue to plan in silos -we will continue to fudge key decisions.
