My main concern is with the transport links related to this site. The current A roads are busy and contribute to congestion within Stratford Upon Avon. Traffic frequently diverts into smaller less suitable lanes such as Gospel Oak Lane. A development at the proposed site would significantly increase the road traffic volume to detrimental and unsustainable levels unless significant investment and changes were made to the A46 and A3400 and surrounding lanes was conducted in order for the Motorway (M40) to be accessible.
