I do not agree with it:

Surrounding Road structure inadequate; all will need upgrading;
Tourism to the area will be reduced, detrimentally affecting local incomes (Stratford has the largest tourism outside London due to the Shakespeare Houses, one being in the suggested area;
Flooding is already an issue, especially in surrounding villages. It is classed as high-risk flood area;
Local stations have no car parks or disabled access with listed bridges;
No space for cycle paths, towpath not wide enough extra flow
