I don't agree with this proposed settlement:
- the local roads are already busy enough, for example, government survey shows excess of 9000 cars currently, adding homes would increase conjestion and lead to roads needing to be upgraded which is costly.
- currently a high risk flooding area identified by JBA Consulting.
- The BW development falls within the West Midland green belt and means the historic village of Wilmcote isn't preserved.
- There is a lack of local jobs in the local area, increasing housing would mean the demand for these jobs would increase.
