I totally understand the need for more affordable housing but the proposed site which would be extremely close to the Shakespeare’s trust Mary Arden’s Farm (who I believe are in the process of merging all buildings into one whole Shakespeare Campus) would have a great impact on such an old building due to excessive building traffic which could cause untold structural damage to the buildings not to mention the destruction of wildlife, woodland & trees in the area!! There must be brown sites more suitable due to closures, higher utilities bills & wage costs!! I AM TOTALLY AGAINST THIS PLAN!
