C1 would result in both Lapworth and Rowington becoming one it would destroy the village life of both areas. The best doctors surgery in the country (Lapworth Surgery) would be swamped. There is no way the country roads could handle the traffic. Rowingtons Social Club, the Cricket Ground, the Village Hall, the Allotments would all be lost. More green belt would be built on.
