Please be honest it is a new town, pure ribbon development and all those associated issues .
It is the wrong site for a new town ,it will increase in size to become part of Stratford Upon Avon and /or Henley in Arden.
The road and total infrastrucure cannot support it.Stratford Upon Avon would grind to a halt along with the A46/A3400 roundabout.
The land already floods.
The new town , if that is what is needed , needs to be strategically placed for the longterm strategic development of Warwickshire.
This plan will overload Stratford Upon Avon and its infrastructure.
