Crynodeb o'r Gynrychiolaeth:

The proposed 6,700-house development on Green belt land is excessive, unsustainable, and harmful. It would permanently destroy valuable green space, wildlife habitats, and agricultural land, increasing flood risks and damaging biodiversity. Local infrastructure—roads, schools, healthcare—cannot support such large-scale growth, leading to congestion, overstretched services, and reduced quality of life. The development would erase rural identity, replacing it with urban sprawl. It contradicts sustainable planning, ignoring brownfield alternatives while worsening air pollution and carbon emissions. This project threatens both the environment and community well-being and should be rejected in favour of responsible, sustainable development that preserves countryside and resources.
