This is regarding the Clopton Quarter part of SG18 which is Green Belt land. I object to new developments in this area as it would encroach on the Clopton House Meadow Local Reserve and Welcombe Hills Nature Reserve and would result in habitat loss for many protected species. New developments would damage the rural and historic character of the town. Areas of this site are located within Flood Zones 2 and 3, where recent developments have already caused drainage and flooding issues. Air Quality and traffic would also worsen, causing higher emissions.
