I object to the proposed new housing development due to several significant concerns:

Insufficient Infrastructure: M40 J15 Longbridge island is already at or near capacity and will require a major upgrade

Inadequate Access Road: The access road is too narrow and cannot be widened, leading to congestion, safety risks.

Loss of Farmland and Countryside: 1,415 acres will be permanently lost, harming the local ecosystem.

Lack of Essential Amenities: No shops or doctors' surgeries for the new housing

Gridlock on the Birmingham Road: We've only recently recovered from 18 months of gridlock.

I urge the planning authority to reject the proposal
